I have the honour to apply that my name may be submitted to

Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the Colonies in connection

with any vacancy in the office of Registrar of the Supreme Court of

this Colony which may be created either by the appointment of Mr. A. G.

Wise to be Puisne Judge or otherwise.

I was appointed a Cadet in 1882, arrived

here in 1884, have been called to the Bar and am a Bachelor of Law and

Arts of the University of London.
